Running One Hundred

I love being outside whether I'm running, kayaking, walking my dog or sailing. The outdoors calls to me. The sun, the trees, the sound of water in a creek, its all magical. That is why I love running, whether its a tractor path, a single track trail or even asphalt, I love communing with nature as I run. The animal tracks I see, the birds singing, the sound of the wind in the trees is all so amazing!
